APPLICATION

织造：
1：纱线已打蜡，尽量不回倒，若必须回倒，联系技术部。
2:成衣为避免色差，织造请连续编织，即前片-后片-衣袖保持同一台机器同一只筒子生产。
3:因METALLIC纱线刚性偏高，织物经水洗后易产生布面不平整、起翘等不良现象；建议在毛衣套口工序前，对布片进行预整小烫处理，可有效提升布面平整度。
4:因METALLIC纱线刚性偏高，织物密度不易过紧，密度过紧易导致METALLIC断破损。
5：织造时，损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
6:收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1：The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered nesessary.
2：To avoid color variation in finished garments, continuous knitting shall be implemented in the knitting process - i.e., the front panel, back panel and sleeves shall be produced using the same machine and the same yarn cone.
3:Due to the high rigidity of metallic yarns, the fabric tends to have uneven surface after washing. It is recommended to conduct pre-pressing & setting on the fabric panels prior to the sweater linking process, which can effectively improve and enhance the surface smoothness of the finished fabric.
4:Due to the high rigidity of metallic yarns, The fabric density shall not be too tight; excessive tightness will easily cause metallic yarn breakage.
5：During the knitting process, the wastage is 8%, which includes the uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
6:After receiving the goods,conduct a trial knitting first.If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days.In case of quality problems,we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1：30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂，浸泡10-15分钟;滚洗1-2分钟。
2：注意在洗涤过程不宜偏酸或偏碱，pH值：6.5-8左右，金银丝遇酸碱会变色。
3：熨烫温度小于110℃，避免压烫。
4:不可氯漂。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1：Wash in water under 30°C with softener, soak for 10-15 mins and tumble wash for 2 minutes.
2:Avoid acidic or alkaline wash pH 6.5-8.Metallic discolors upon exposure to acids/bases.
3:Iron at temperature below 110℃,do not press while ironing.
4：Cannot be chlorine bleached.
