APPLICATION

3. Pilling grade:2-3:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns
4. DYEING PROCESS:Fibre dye
5. MINIMUN:The minimum for Fibre dye is 50kg(sample) and 300kg(bulk) per colour.

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.粗纺点子纱，推荐正5针织片，因有点子织片速度不宜过快，如织绞花等花型，可能会有破洞，需试样衣再织大货。
3.结头，小十字结，2-3个/KG,纺纱过程中会有少量的粗细毛现象,织片时遇到结头或换筒子时请归边处理,并多拉掉点尾纱。
4.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
5.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered necessary.
2:For slub‑dot yarn, use 5G knitting. Avoid fast knitting speed. Cable‑stitch patterns may cause holes. Make pre‑samples before bulk order.
3:Small cross knots: 2‑3 pcs/kg. Slight yarn unevenness is expected. Shift knots/joints to selvedge and trim extra yarn ends when changing cones.
4:During weaving, the waste rate is 8%, including losses caused by uneven thickness, color deviation, color streaks, etc.
5:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，浸泡10-15分钟,可以加一些皂洗剂以洗去油剂的味道，再根据手感需要适当加入柔软剂。
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚动烘干温度60℃~80℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in warm water below 30℃, soak for 10‑15 minutes. Soap scouring agent may be added to remove oil‑agent odor, then add softener appropriately according to handfeel requirements.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry on 60℃-80℃.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Different washing machine models may cause slight differences in the fluffiness effect. Please adjust the washing method according to your desired fluffiness.
