APPLICATION
1. Flat Knitting machines 12 gauge 1 ply
2. Weight per square meter:gr164(on collection fabric on jersey stitch)
3. Pilling grade:3-4:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns
4. DYEING PROCESS:Yarn dye or Top dye
5. MINIMUN:The minimum for yarn dye is 6kgs(sample). The minimum for Top dye is 300kgs.

织造：
1： 纱线已打蜡，尽量不回倒，若必须回倒，联系技术部。
2:亚麻长度和细度离散大，纺纱后易出现细节纱和粗节纱，不纳入品质问题。
3:亚麻有一定的钢性，不建议织绞花或四平等复杂组织，易破洞，需提前试样
4:因含亚麻成分，织造时需保持65%相对湿度，确保织造顺畅。
5： 织造时，损耗率5%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
6.收到纱线后先试织，如有质量问题，请在收到货后十五后内反馈涉及质量问题，本司只负责赔偿同等数量的纱线，不负责涉及面料织工以及货期上的赔偿。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered nesessary.
2：Due to the large dispersion in length and fineness of flax,thin spots and thick slubs are likely to appear in the yarn affter spinning,This is a normal characteristic of feather yarn and shall not be regarded as a quality defect.
3:Linen's inherent rigidity makes it unsuitable for complex patterns like cable or double jersey, as it may cause breakage – always test beforehand.
4:Due to the linen content, relative humidity of 65% should be maintained to ensure smooth knitting.
5：During the knitting process, the wastage is 5%, which includes the uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
6：After receiving the goods,conduct a trial knitting first.If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days.In case of quality problems,we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂，浸泡10-15分钟,不可滚洗。
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3:平铺晾干，不可滚烘。
4.不可氯漂
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in water under 30°C with softener, soak for 10-15 mins.Do not tumble dry.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Lay flat to dry.Do not tumble dry.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
