APPLICATION

3. Pilling grade:3-4:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns

5. MINIMUN:The minimum for yarn dye is 6kgs(sample).

织造：
1.INDIGO特殊染色，织片需进行撞针，套口前必须进行配片。
2.结头会有少许十字结。
3.速度不宜太快,否则易有破洞，织片时需确保65%的相对湿度。
4.不建议织绞花、四平等组织，易破洞。
5.接头处易产生松紧捻。为避免接头处粗细不均及起横等问题，换筒子时，请将新旧筒子首尾各拉除1-2米后，再进行接头归边处理
6.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
7.织造时，损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1.INDIGO is a special dyeing process. The knitting requires a "crash" needle configuration, and panel matching is mandatory before linking.
2.There will be a few cross knots in the joints.
3. The speed should not be too fast, otherwise holes may easily occur. When knitting, ensure a relative humidity of 65%.
4.It is not recommended to weave cable stitches,full needle and other similar structures, as they are easy to form holes.
5. Uneven twist is likely to occur at splices. To prevent problems such as uneven thickness at the splice and horizontal stripes, when changing cones, please pull off and discard 1-2 meters from both the end of the old cone and the start of the new cone before splicing and aligning the yarn to the selvedge.
6.After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
7.During the knitting process, the wastage is 8%, which includes the uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂，浸泡10-15分钟;
2.熨烫温度小于110℃;
3.不可滚筒烘干;
4.不可氯漂
5.成衣洗水需在弱酸性条件下进行（pH: 5-6）。深浅间色织物可能发生沾色，必须先打样试片，确认OK后方可大货生产。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1.We suggest finishing in water at 30℃ for 10‑15 minutes with softener of Non‑ionic/Weak cationic;
2.Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃;
3.Do not tumble dry.
4.Cannot be chlorine bleached
5.Do not use a spray gun to clean soiled garment panels, as it will cause bleaching. The presence of linen specks and husks on the finished garment is a natural characteristic of the raw material.
