APPLICATION

5. MINIMUN:The minimum for Fibre dye is 70kg(sample) and 660kg(bulk) per colour.

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，尽量不回倒，若必须回倒，联系技术部。
2.竹节纱布片呈自然竹节大肚效果，排针不同则布面风格各异，通常以样纱风格为准。
3.建议连续编织并适当放慢机速，不建议织复杂花型
4:织片换纱筒请在纱线细节部分打小十字结，并在结头处设置三行慢速。
5:织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
6.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货延期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2:Slub yarn panels exhibit natural slub and thick-and-thin effects. Different needle arrangements result in distinct surface styles; the final appearance shall be subject to the dyed yarn sample.
3:Please knit continuously. Adjust machine tension appropriately and set a proper running speed during production. Cable stitches and other complex patterns are not recommended.
4:When changing cones during knitting, please tie a small cross knot at the thin yarn join, and set three rows of slow knitting at the join point.
5:During knitting, the standard wastage rate is 8%, covering losses caused by uneven yarn count, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
6:After receiving the goods, please conduct a trial knit first. Report any quality issues within 15 days. For confirmed quality problems, our liability is limited to providing replacement yarn of the same quantity. We will not cover costs related to fabric knitting or delivery delays.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂、毛松剂，滚洗7分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚筒烘干温度45℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in warm water(max. 30°C) with softener and wool bulking agent, then tumble gently for 7 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry at 45℃.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different washing machine models may result in slight variations in fabric fluffiness. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fluffiness effect.
