APPLICATION

3. Pilling grade:3:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns
4. DYEING PROCESS:Yarn dye
5. MINIMUN:The minimum for RW is 500kg ; The minimum for yarn dye is 6kg(sample)

织造：
1.纱线上机前不能回倒,建议毛衣织造用单系统织片。
2.生产过程中会有一些掉毛现象,属于正常现象。
3.织片会有少许横档现象,具体请以样纱效果为准。
4.成衣建议手洗，不可压烫。
5.织造损耗率6%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
6.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn must not be rewound before being loaded onto the machine. It is recommended to use single-system knitting panels for sweater weaving.
2:Some lint shedding may occur during the production process, which is a normal phenomenon.
3:There may be slight horizontal streaks on the knitted piece; please refer to the effect of the sample yarn for the actual result.
4:It is recommended to hand wash the ready-made clothes and avoid press ironing.
5:During weaving, the waste rate is 6%, including losses caused by uneven thickness, color deviation, color streaks, etc.
6:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃左右温水洗涤，加入柔软剂、毛松剂，轻柔滚洗7分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚筒烘干温度45℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash with warm water at about 30℃, add softener and wool bulking agent, then tumble wash gently for 7 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry on 45℃.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Different washing machine models may cause slight differences in the fluffiness effect. Please adjust the washing method according to your desired fluffiness.
