APPLICATION

3. Pilling grade:2:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns
4. DYEING PROCESS:Fibre dye only
5. MINIMUN:The minimum for Fibre dye is 80kg(sample) and 300kg(bulk) per colour.

织造：
1.此纱已经过蜡，除非在绝对必要的情况下，否则不要再回倒。
2.调试好各台织机张力，织造过程中按需合理调节机台转速；如需编织复杂花型组织结构，生产过程中易出现织片破洞问题，建议提前打样试织确认工艺。
3.特殊段彩纱织造易出现色纱色差、色段不均现象，生产时请采用撞针嘴工艺进行织造。
4.因纱线特殊效果，建议先配片后再成衣
5.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
6.织造时，损耗率5%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2:Special segment-dyed yarn is prone to color variation and uneven segment distribution. Please use two-system knitting during production.
3:special segment dyed yarn is prone to yarn color difference. Please knit fabrics with colliding needle.
4:In view of the special textured effect of the yarn, we suggest finishing panel matching before full garment production.
5:After receiving the goods, please conduct a trial knit first. Report any quality issues within 15 days. For confirmed quality problems, our liability is limited to providing replacement yarn of the same quantity. We will not cover costs related to fabric knitting or delivery delays.
6:During knitting, the standard wastage rate is 5%, covering losses caused by uneven yarn count, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1.冷水兑入毛松剂，常温浸泡 15 分钟。
2.平铺晾干，不可滚烘。
3.熨烫温度小于110℃。
4.不可氯漂。
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Soak in cold water with wool bulking agent for 15 minutes at room temperature.
2:Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
3:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different washing machine models may cause slight differences in the fluffiness effect. Please adjust the washing method according to your desired fluffiness.
