APPLICATION

4. DYEING PROCESS:Yarn dye or Fiber dye
5. MINIMUN:Yarn dye: 6kg(sample) per colour; Fibre dye:50kg(sample) per colour.

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，尽量不回倒，若必须回倒，联系技术部。
2.推荐正3针织片，织片请留意张力不可张大,否则易造成圈圈滑移。
3.成衣如需织复杂花型组织，可能会有破洞,请提前试样。绞花组织因翻针易造成圈圈散掉。
4.织片请连片编织，并用撞针方式织片。
5.织造请开启小接头探测器并归边；换筒时，首尾各拉2米，打结后归边，防接头两侧异常。
6:织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
7:收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2:Recommended knitting gauge: 3GG. Pay attention to stitch density and tension when knitting with loop yarn; avoid excessive tightness, as this may cause loop slippage.
3:If the garment requires complex pattern knitting, holes may occur. Please conduct trial knitting in advance. For cable stitch patterns, dropped stitches may cause loops to unravel.
4:To avoid color variation, maintain continuous knitting. Two-system knitting is required during production.
5:Enable the small joint detector and align selvedges during knitting. When changing cones, pull 2m from both ends, tie a knot, then align selvedges to avoid joint defects.
6:During knitting, the standard wastage rate is 8%, covering losses caused by uneven yarn count, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
7:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂、毛松剂，浸泡14分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚筒烘干温度45℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in warm water (max. 30°C) with fabric softener and wool bulking agent, then soak for 14 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry at 45℃.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different washing machine models may cause slight differences in the fluffiness effect. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fluffiness effect
