APPLICATION

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.成衣为避免色差，织造请连续编织，即前片-后片-衣袖保持同一台机器同一只筒子生产。
3.由于纤维上色率不同，染色会有混色效果，以样纱品质为准。
4.不可用强酸或强碱洗涤剂，后整污染不可打枪处理。
5.成衣严禁长期折叠重压，否则极易产生无法复原的褶皱。
6.织造损耗率6%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
7.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2:To avoid color deviation of garments, the knitting process shall be carried out continuously, the front panels, back panels and sleeves shall be produced on the same machine with the same cone of yarn.
3:Due to different dye uptake rates of the fibers, dyeing will result in a mélange yarn effect, and the final appearance shall be subject to the approved sample yarn.
4:Do not use strong acid or strong alkaline detergents, and gun spraying treatment is prohibited for finishing contamination.
5:The garments must not be folded and pressed heavily for a long time, otherwise irreversible creases will easily form.
6:During knitting, the standard wastage rate is 6%, covering losses caused by uneven yarn count, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
7:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.建议小烫后，35℃左右温水洗涤，加入柔软剂、毛松剂，浸泡20分钟，轻柔滚洗30分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚筒烘干温度45℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:We suggest performing a light iron first. Wash in warm water (max. 35°C) with softener and wool bulking agent. Soak for 20 minutes, then tumble wash gently for 30 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry at 45℃.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different machine types may result in slight variations in the final effect. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fabric nap effect.
