APPLICATION

3. Pilling grade:2-3:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns
4. DYEING PROCESS:Fiber dye
5. MINIMUN:The minimum for Fibre dye is 30kgs(sample) and 300kgs(bulk) per colour.

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.点子纱织造水洗时少量点状颗粒脱落属于正常现象。
3.蛋白质纤维耐酸不耐碱，洗水时要留意不能用碱性洗剂洗水,后整污染不可打枪处理。
4.织造损耗率5%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
5.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2:Minor speckle shedding occurs during knitting and washing of speckle yarn, which is a normal product characteristic.
3:Protein fibers are acid-resistant but alkali-sensitive. Do not use alkaline detergents during washing. Do not use air-gun spot cleaning for stains caused by post-finishing processes.
4:During knitting, the standard wastage rate is 5%, covering losses caused by uneven yarn count, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
5:After receiving the goods, please conduct a trial knit first. Report any quality issues within 15 days. For confirmed quality problems, our liability is limited to providing replacement yarn of the same quantity. We will not cover costs related to fabric knitting or delivery delays.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂、毛松剂，滚洗7分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚筒烘干温度35℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash with warm water at about 30℃, add softener and wool bulking agent, roll wash for 7 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry at 35℃.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different machine types may result in slight variations in the final effect. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fabric nap effect.
