APPLICATION

织造：
1.羽毛纱有顺逆毛，不建议客人回倒，会有长短毛。
2.成衣洗水会有轻微的掉毛情况，洗水以浸泡为主，毛衣需反面烘干。
3.上机织片连续编织，不同颜色缩率不同，需分开制定工艺。
4.织片时需调整好织造张力，以确保成衣尺寸OK。
5.不可压烫，冬季空气干燥生产可能会有少许静电，可以在洗水时适当加入抗静电剂。
6.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
7.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:Feather yarn has directional nap; it is not recommended for customers to rub it backward, as it will result in uneven pile length.
2:There will be slight lint shedding after garment washing. Soak only when washing, and dry sweaters inside out.
3:Continuous knitting of machine-knitted pieces; different colors have different shrinkage rates, so the process parameters need to be formulated separately.
4:When knitting the fabric piece, adjust the weaving tension properly to ensure the finished garment size is correct.
5:Do not iron. Static electricity may slightly occur during production due to dry air in winter, and an appropriate amount of antistatic agent can be added when washing.
6:During weaving, the waste rate is 8%, including losses caused by uneven thickness, color deviation, color streaks, etc.
7:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂、毛松剂，滚洗20分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.平铺晾干不可滚烘
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash with warm water at about 30℃, add softener and wool bulking agent, roll wash for 20 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Different washing machine models may cause slight differences in the fluffiness effect. Please adjust the washing method according to your desired fluffiness.
