APPLICATION

4. DYEING PROCESS:Yarn dye or Fiber dye
5. MINIMUN:Yarn dye:6kg(sample) per colour; Fibre dye:50kg(sample) per colour.

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.织片和成衣洗水会有轻微掉毛情况。
3.洗水以浸泡为主，减少滚烘时间；不可压烫。
4.建议连续编织织机速度适当放慢。
5.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
6.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered necessary.
2:Slight lint shedding may occur when washing knitted pieces and finished garments.
3:Wash mainly by soaking and reduce tumble drying time; do not press and iron.
4:It is recommended to appropriately reduce the speed of the continuous weaving loom.
5:During weaving, the waste rate is 8%, including losses caused by uneven thickness, color deviation, color streaks, etc.
6:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.45℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂、毛松剂浸泡20分钟，滚洗30分钟.
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.使用梳子梳理理顺面料毛羽，平铺阴干，禁止滚筒烘干。
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:We suggest a light iron first, then soak in 45°C warm water for 20 minutes, followed by a gentle tumble wash for 30 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Use a comb to smooth out surface fuzz, lay flat to air dry. Do not tumble dry.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Different washing machine models may cause slight differences in the fluffiness effect. Please adjust the washing method according to your desired fluffiness.
