4. DYEING PROCESS:Fibre dye
5. MINIMUN:The minimum for fibre dye is 50kgs(sample) and 300kgs(bulk) per colour.

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.每只纱筒含3-4处手工结，织片遇结头或换筒时，需归边处理。
3.织片需用1.5针生产，若用3针织片，先确认样衣织片是否有问题。
4.洗水时要留意不能用碱性洗剂洗水,后整不可污染不可打枪处理。
5.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
6.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered necessary.
2:Each yarn cone has 3-4 hand knots; when encountering knots or cone changes during weaving, edge-folding treatment is required.
3:The fabric pieces shall be produced with 1.5 regular stitches. If using 3 stitches to weave the pieces, first confirm whether there are any problems with the sample garment fabric pieces.
4:Do not use alkaline detergents during washing. The finishing process must avoid contamination and spray finishing treatment is not allowed.
5:During weaving, the waste rate is 8%, including losses caused by uneven thickness, color deviation, color streaks, etc.
6:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.35℃左右温水洗涤，加入柔软剂、毛松剂，浸泡 20 分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.平铺晾干不可滚烘
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash with warm water at about 45℃, add softener and wool bulking agent, then soak for 20 mins
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Different washing machine models may cause slight differences in the fluffiness effect. Please adjust the washing method according to your desired fluffiness.
