APPLICATION

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.成衣为避免色差，织造请连续编织，即前片-后片-衣袖保持同一台机器同一只筒子生产。
3.建议织机速度适当放慢，感应接头归边。
4.蛋白质纤维耐酸不耐碱，洗水时不能用碱性洗剂洗水。
5.棉羊毛混纺纱不能完全染平，部分Y/D敏感色染色会有MELANGE效果，以色版及样纱效果为准。
6.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
7.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2:To avoid color variation in finished garments, continuous knitting is required: the front panel, back panel and sleeves must be produced on the same machine with the same yarn cone.
3:It is recommended to reduce the knitting machine speed appropriately, enable the joint detector and align selvedges
4:Protein fibers are acid-resistant but alkali-sensitive. Do not use alkaline detergents during washing.
5:Cotton and wool blended yarn cannot be dyed uniformly. Some Y/D sensitive colors will present a melange effect after dyeing, which shall be subject to the color standard and sample yarn effect.
6:During knitting, the standard wastage rate is 8%, covering losses caused by uneven yarn count, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
7:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.35℃左右温水洗涤，加入柔软剂、毛松剂，轻柔滚洗20分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.平铺晾干不可滚烘
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in warm water (max. 35°C) with softener and wool bulking agent, then tumble wash gently for 20 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different machine types may result in slight variations in the final effect. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fabric nap effect.
