APPLICATION

5. MINIMUN:The minimum for Fibre dye is 100kg(sample) and 500kg(bulk) per colour.

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.调试好各台织机张力，织造过程中按需合理调节机台转速；如需编织复杂花型组织结构，生产过程中易出现织片破洞问题，建议提前打样试织确认工艺。
3.撞针织片，因纱线特殊效果，建议先配片后再成衣
4.织片遇到结头或换筒子请归边处理。
5.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
6.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered necessary.
2:Adjust the tension of each knitting machine properly, and reasonably adjust the machine speed during production. Holes may easily occur when knitting complex pattern structures; pre-production sample knitting is recommended to confirm the process.
3:Two-system knitting is required during production. Due to the yarn’s special textured effect, we recommend completing panel matching before full garment assembly.
4:When knots or bobbin changes occur on the knitted piece, please arrange the yarn to the edge.
5:During knitting, the standard wastage rate is 8%, covering losses caused by uneven yarn count, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
6:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂、毛松剂，滚洗7分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.平铺晾干不可滚烘
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in warm water at approximately 30°C with softener and wool bulking agent, then tumble gently for 7 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different washing machine models may cause slight differences in the fluffiness effect. Please adjust the washing method according to your desired fluffiness.
