织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.织造时要保持张力一致，否则会造成粗细纱以及织片尺寸不同。
3.尽量一个筒子织一件衣服避免色差，羊毛与尼龙同浴染色，尼龙上染率深，中深色织片会有夹花效果，以样纱效果为准。
4.深色洗水会有一些掉色是正常现象；如果毛衣间色织要在弱酸性条件下洗涤，适当加一点固色剂。
5.不建议双系统织，成衣若2条毛织，请采用穿氨纶的方式穿线减少色花.
6.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
7.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered necessary.
2:Maintain consistent tension during knitting; otherwise, uneven yarn thickness and inconsistent fabric dimensions will occur.
3:It is recommended to knit one garment from a single cone to avoid color difference. When wool and nylon are dyed in the same bath, nylon has a higher dye uptake rate, resulting in a heathered effect on medium and dark shade knitted panels. The final effect shall be subject to the sample yarn.
4:Slight color fading in dark shades is normal. For color-blocked sweaters, wash under weak acidic conditions with a suitable color-fixing agent.
5:Avoid two-system knitting; two parallel wool yarns: co-feed with spandex to reduce color streaks.
6:During weaving, the waste rate is 8%, including losses caused by uneven thickness, color deviation, color streaks, etc.
7:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃左右温水洗涤，加入柔软剂，轻柔滚洗 7 分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚筒烘干温度45℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash with warm water at about 30℃, add softener, then tumble wash gently for 7 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry at 45℃.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different machine types may result in slight variations in the final effect. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fabric nap effect.
