APPLICATION

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.每个纱筒有5-6个手工打结处，织造请开小接头探测器归边；换筒首尾各拉2米，打结后归边，防接头两侧异常。
3.洗水时要留意不能用碱性洗剂洗水,后整不可污染不可打枪处理。
4.织片需用正1.5针生产，若用3针织片，需先确认样衣织片。
5.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
6.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2:Each yarn cone contains 5-6 hand-tied knots. Please enable the small knot detector during knitting and tuck all knots into the fabric edges. When changing yarn cones, pull 2 meters of yarn from both the start and end of the new cone, and tuck the new knot into the edge after tying to prevent fabric abnormalities on both sides of the knot.
3:Do not use alkaline detergents during washing. Do not use air-gun spot cleaning for stains caused by post-finishing processes.
4:Use 1.5 gauge for knitting; if using 3 gauge, confirm sample panels first.
5:During knitting, the standard wastage rate is 8%, covering losses caused by uneven yarn count, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
6:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂、毛松剂，浸泡20分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚筒烘干温度35℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:ash in warm water (max. 30°C) with softener and wool bulking agent, then soak for 20 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry at 35℃.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different machine types may result in slight variations in the final effect. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fabric nap effect.
