织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2每个纱筒有4-5个手工打结处，织造请开启小接头探测器并归边；换筒时，首尾各拉2米，打结后归边，防接头两侧异常。
3.为避免色差，请连续编织，换筒子时请头尾各拉掉1M;不建议使用双系统织,若2条编织,请采用穿氨纶的方式，以便减少色花。
4.蛋白质纤维耐酸不耐碱，洗水时要留意不能用碱性洗剂洗水,后整污染不可打枪处理。
5.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
6.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2:Each cone has 5-6 hand-tied knots. Enable the small joint detector and align selvedges during knitting. When changing cones, pull 2m from both ends, tie a knot, then align selvedges to avoid joint defects.
3:To avoid color variation, maintain continuous knitting. When changing cones, remove 1 meter from both ends. Dual-system knitting is not recommended. If knitting with two yarns, use elastane threading to minimize color barring.
4:Protein fibers are acid-resistant but alkali-sensitive. Do not use alkaline detergents during washing. Do not use air-gun spot cleaning for stains caused by post-finishing processes.
5:During knitting, the standard wastage rate is 8%, covering losses caused by uneven yarn count, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
6:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.建议小烫后，不加助剂，冷水滚洗6分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚筒烘干温度45℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:We suggest performing a light iron first. Then tumble wash with cold water without any detergents for 6 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry at 45℃.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different machine types may result in slight variations in the final effect. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fabric nap effect.
