织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.每只纱筒含4-5处手工结，织片遇结头或换筒时，需归边处理。
3.成衣洗水以浸泡为主，会有轻微的掉毛情况，掉毛程度跟织片密度和组织有关系。
4.洗水时要留意不能用碱性洗剂洗水,后整不可污染不可打枪处理。
5.颜色不同布片会有差异，以样纱为准（黑芯白芯差异）。
6.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
7.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered necessary.
2:Each yarn cone has 4-5 hand knots; when encountering knots or cone changes during weaving, edge-folding treatment is required.
3:Garment washing mainly adopts soaking method, which may cause slight lint shedding. The degree of lint shedding is related to the density and structure of the knitted fabric.
4:Do not use alkaline detergents during washing. The finishing process must avoid contamination and spray finishing treatment is not allowed.
5:There are variations among fabric pieces of different colors, subject to the sample yarn (differences between black core and white core).
6:During weaving, the waste rate is 8%, including losses caused by uneven thickness, color deviation, color streaks, etc.
7:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃左右温水洗涤，加入柔软剂、毛松剂，轻柔滚洗7分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.湿烫后平铺晾干
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash with warm water at about 30℃, add softener and wool bulking agent, then tumble wash gently for 7 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Wet iron the fabric, then lay it flat to dry.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different washing machine models may cause slight differences in the fluffiness effect. Please adjust the washing method according to your desired fluffiness.
