织造：
1:纱线已打蜡，尽量不回倒，若必须回倒，联系技术部。
2:成衣为避免色差，织造请连续编织，即前片-后片-衣袖保持同一台机器同一只筒子生产。
3:为避免色差，请连续编织，换筒子时请头尾各拉掉1M;不建议使用双系统织,若2条编织,请采用穿氨纶的方式，以便减少色花。
4:弹性包芯纱织造需保持张力一致；深浅色因染色时间不同支数有差异，需按色调整工艺。
5:多线进线织造时，须采用添纱工艺实施，确保纱线贴合度及织物弹性稳定性。
6:织造时，损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered nesessary.
2:To avoid color variation in finished garments, continuous knitting shall be implemented in the knitting process - i.e., the front panel, back panel and sleeves shall be produced using the same machine and the same yarn cone.
3:To avoid color variation, maintain continuous knitting. When changing cones, remove 1 meter from both cone lead and cone tail. Dual-system knitting is not recommended if knitting with two yarns,use elastane threading to minimize color inconsistency.
4:For elastic core-spun yarn knitting, maintain consistent tension. Adjustment needs to be made between dark/light colors due to yarn count variations caused by different dyeing times.
5:During multi-yarn feeding weaving,the plated yarn process shall be adopted to ensure yarn adherence and fabric elasticity stability.
6:During the knitting process, the wastage is 8%, which includes the uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1:30℃以下温水洗涤，禁用含硅油柔软剂，可添加亲水型柔软剂，浸泡10-15分钟。
2:成衣使用间色纱线织造，洗水时适当添加固色剂。
3:熨烫温度小于110℃，避免压烫。
4:不可氯漂。
5:不同洗衣机机型可能导致效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的状态调整洗涤方法。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
Wash in warm water below 30℃, do not use silicone-containing softeners, hydrophilic softeners are acceptable, soak for 10-15 minutes.
2:For striped garments with contrasting colors,Add fixing agent appropriately when washing.
3:Iron at temperature below 110℃,do not press while ironing.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Slight variations in results may occur with different washing machine models. Please adjust the washing method according to your specific needs and fabric conditions.
