APPLICATION

5. MINIMUN:The minimum for RW is 50kg ; The minimum for yarn dye is 6kgs(sample).
织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，尽量不回倒，若必须回倒，联系技术部。
2.织造时，损耗率6%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
3.每个纱筒有4-5个手工打结处，手编时遇到换筒子情况，需把结头拉倒布片一侧。
4.织片请用双系统或3系统织以减少竹结效果，片与片会有风格差异，一般以样纱风格为准，每件衣服效果都会有些不同。
5.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered nesessary.
2:During weaving, the waste rate is 6%, including losses caused by uneven thickness, color deviation, color streaks, etc.
3:Each yarn cone has 4-5 hand knots; when changing bobbins during hand-knitting, the knots must be pulled to one side of the knitted piece.
4:Knit the pieces with dual-system or 3-system knitting machines to minimize the slub effect. There may be style variations between pieces—generally subject to the sample yarn style, and each garment will have slight differences in effect.
5:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂，浸泡10-15分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚筒烘干温度60℃~80℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in water under 30°C with softener, soak for 10-15 mins.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry on 60℃~80℃.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Slight variations in results may occur with different washing machine models. Please adjust the washing method according to your specific needs and fabric conditions.
