APPLICATION

4. DYEING PROCESS:Yarn dye only
5. MINIMUN:The minimum for RW is 30kg ; The minimum for yarn dye is 6kgs(sample).
织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，尽量不回倒，若必须回倒，联系技术部。
2.深、浅色由于染色时间不同，支数会存在一些差异，织造时工艺应每色调整。
3.成衣为避免色差，织造请连续编织，即前片-后片-衣袖保持同一台机器同一只筒子生产。
4.不建议使用双系统织,成衣若2条毛织,请采用穿氨纶的方式穿线,减少色花。
5.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
6.织造时，损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed. Try to avoid rewinding it.If rewinding is necessary, please contact the Technical Department.
2:Due to the different dyeing times, there may be some differences in the count between dark and light colors. During knitting, the process should be adjusted for each color
3:To avoid color differences in garments, continuous knitting is recommended, that is, the front piece, back piece and sleeves should be produced by the same machine and the same cylinder
4:It is not recommended to use double-system knitting. If the garment is made of two plies knitting, please use the way of spandex threading method to reduce color streaks
5:After receiving the goods, please try knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. For quality issues, we only cover the same amount of yarn and do not take responsibility for fabric weaving or delivery period costs.
6:During the knitting process,the loss rate is 8%,which includes the losses caused by uneven thickness,color difference,uneven dyeing,etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1.建议小烫后，40℃-50℃温水浸泡20分钟，轻柔滚洗35分钟。
2.滚筒烘干，温度40℃-50℃，烘干35分钟。
3.熨烫温度小于110℃。
4.不可氯漂。
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的状态调整洗涤方法。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1.We suggest perform a light ironing first,then to soak in warm water at 40-50℃ for 20 minutes and tumble gently for 35 minutes.
2.Tumble dry on 40℃~50℃, drying time 35 minutes.
3.Iron at temperature below 110℃.
4.Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5.Slight variations in results may occur with different washing machine models. Please adjust the washing method according to your specific needs and fabric conditions.
