织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.弹性包芯纱织造需保持张力一致；由于深浅色号染色时间不同，纱线缩率会产生差异，进而导致支数出现轻微偏差，需按不同色号调整织造工艺参数。
3.Natural wash特殊风格与正常绞染不同，一般以样纱风格为准，每件衣服效果都会有些不同，不可干洗
4.Natural wash纱织造易出现色纱色差、色段不均现象，生产时请采用撞针嘴工艺进行织片织造
5.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
6.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2.When knitting with elastic core-spun yarn, consistent tension must be maintained throughout the entire process. Due to different dyeing times for dark and light shades, variations in yarn shrinkage may occur, leading to minor differences in yarn count. It is therefore required to adjust the knitting process parameters according to each specific color shade.
3.Natural wash differs from standard skein dyeing. Style is subject to the yarn sample; slight variations per garment are normal. Do not dry clean.
4.Natural wash yarn is prone to color variation and uneven segment distribution. Please use two-system knitting during production.
5:During knitting, the standard wastage rate is 8%, covering losses caused by uneven yarn count, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
6:After receiving the goods, please conduct a trial knit first. Report any quality issues within 15 days. For confirmed quality problems, our liability is limited to providing replacement yarn of the same quantity. We will not cover costs related to fabric knitting or delivery delays.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂、毛松剂，浸泡14分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚筒烘干温度35℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in warm water at approximately 30°C with softener and wool bulking agent, and soak for 14 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry at 35°C
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different machine types may result in slight variations in the final effect. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fabric nap effect.
