APPLICATION

织造：
1:纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部
2:每个纱筒有4-5个手工打结处,织造请开启小接头探测器并归边;换筒时,首尾各拉2米,打结后归边,防接头两侧异常。
3:此纱为大肚纱，推荐5GG织片，织片到大肚处速度需慢，防止破洞。
4:蛋白质纤维耐酸不耐碱，洗水时要留意不能用碱性洗剂洗水,后整污染不可打枪处理
5:收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
6:织造时，损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1.The yarn has been waxed. Try to avoid rewinding it. If rewinding is necessary, please contact the Technical Department.
2.Each yarn cone has 4-5 hand - knotted areas. When knitting, please turn on the small joint detector and trim the edges. When changing the cones, pull out 2 meters from both the start and the end, tie a knot and then trim the edges to prevent any abnormalities on both sides of the joint.
3.Recommended 5GG knitting for this slub yarn,Slow down when encountering slub sections to prevent holes.
4.Protein fibers are acid-resistant but alkali-sensitive.Avoid alkaline detergents during washing.and post-finishing stains cannot be remedied by re-spinning.
5.After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
6.During the knitting process, the loss rate is 8%, which includes the losses caused by uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1.建议小烫后，20℃-30℃温水浸泡15分钟，轻柔滚洗3分钟。
2.平铺晾干，不可滚烘。
3.熨烫温度小于110℃，不要压烫。
4.不可氯漂。
5.不同机型可能导致效果少许差异，请根据自己所需绒感效果调整洗涤方法。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1.We suggest perform a light ironing first,then to soak in warm water at 20-30℃ for 15 minutes and tumble gently for 3 minutes.
2:Lay flat to dry.Do not tumble dry.
3:Iron at temperature below 110℃,and do not press while ironing.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Different machine types may yield varying results;adjust the laundering method appropriately based on the desired nap dffect.
