APPLICATION

织造：
1:纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部
2:建议采用 9GG 针型织造；面料密度过紧易造成珠片卡纱、卡针故障；织造过程中少量珠片脱落属于正常工艺现象；请及时清理针槽内掉落的珠片碎屑。
3：成衣撞色用纱时，需将面料酸碱度控制在 4.5–7 区间，并使用专用固色剂做固色处理。
4：混色织造慎用荧光白纱；特殊必需款需先试洗确认，方可大货生产。
5:蛋白质纤维耐酸不耐碱，洗水时要留意不能用碱性洗剂洗水,后整污染不可打枪处理
6:收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
7:织造时，损耗率6%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1.The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered nesessary.
2:Recommended knitting gauge: 9GG.Excessively tight fabric density will lead to sequin jamming.Slight sequin shedding during knitting is a normal phenomenon. Please clean up dropped sequin fragments in needle gaps in a timely manner.
3：For color-block knitted garments, keep the fabric pH value within 4.5–7, and perform color fixation treatment with professional fixing agent.
4：Fluorescent white yarn is prohibited in color blending. Trial washing & approval are required before bulk production if mandatory.
5.Protein fibers are acid-resistant but alkali-sensitive. Avoid alkaline detergents during washing. Do not use spot cleaning air gun to remove stains caused by post-finishing.
6.After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
7.During the knitting process, the wastage is 6%, which includes the uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1.建议小烫后，40℃-50℃温水浸泡40分钟，轻柔滚洗15分钟。
2：湿烫后平铺晾干。熨烫温度小于110℃.
3：禁止使用强酸、强碱类洗涤剂洗涤；所有洗涤用料不得含有 APEO 物质。
4.不可氯漂。
5.不同机型可能导致效果少许差异，请根据自己所需绒感效果调整洗涤方法。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1.We suggest perform a light ironing first,then to soak in warm water at 40-50℃ for 40 minutes and tumble gently for 15 minutes.
2：Wet ironing followed by flat drying.Iron at temperature below 110℃.
3:Do not wash with strong acid or strong alkaline lotion.Detergent must not contain APEO.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached
5:Different washing machine models may cause slight differences in the fluffiness effect. Please adjust the washing method according to your desired fluffiness.
