APPLICATION

织造：
1:纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部
2:弹性包芯纱织造需保持张力一致；深浅色因染色时间不同支数有差异，需按色调整工艺。
3:为避免色差，请连续编织，换筒子时请头尾各拉掉1M;不建议使用双系统织,若2条编织,请采用穿氨纶的方式，以便减少色花
4:蛋白质纤维耐酸不耐碱，洗水时要留意不能用碱性洗剂洗水,后整污染不可打枪处理
5:收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
6:织造时，损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1.The yarn has been waxed. Try to avoid rewinding it. If rewinding is necessary, please contact the Technical Department.
2.For elastic core-spun yarn knitting,maintain consistent tension.Adjust processes for dark/light colors due to count variations caused by different dyeing times.
3.To avoid color variation,maintain continuous knitting.when changing cones,remove 1 meter from both the beginning and end.Dual-system knitting is not recommended if knitting with two yarns,use elastane threading to minimize color inconsistency.
4.Protein fibers are acid-resistant but alkali-sensitive.Avoid alkaline detergents during washing. Do not use mechanical spraying for post-finishing contamination.
5.After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
6.During the knitting process, the loss rate is 8%, which includes the losses caused by uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1.建议小烫后,40℃-50℃温水浸泡40分钟，轻柔滚洗20分钟。
2.平铺晾干，不可滚烘。
3.熨烫温度小于110℃。
4.不可氯漂。
5.不同机型可能导致效果少许差异，请根据自己所需绒感效果调整洗涤方法。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1.We suggest perform a light ironing first, then to soak in warm water at 40-50℃ for 40 minutes and tumble gently for 20 minutes.
2:Lay flat to dry.Do not tumble dry.
3: Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Different machine types may yield varying results;adjust the laundering method appropriately based on the desired nap dffect.
