APPLICATION

5. MINIMUN:The minimum for yarn dye is 6kgs(sample).

织造：
1:纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部
2:为避免色差，请连续编织，换筒子时请头尾各拉掉1M;不建议使用双系统织,若2条编织,请采用穿氨纶的方式，以便减少色花。
3:织造张力不宜偏大；强捻纱张力过高易扭纱，形成横条疵点。
4:收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
5:织造时，损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1.The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered nesessary.
2.To avoid color variation, maintain continuous knitting. When changing cones, remove 1 meter from both cone lead and cone tail. Dual-system knitting is not recommended if knitting with two yarns,use elastane threading to minimize color inconsistency.
3.Do not apply excessive weaving tension; high tension on hard-twist yarn will cause yarn twisting and horizontal streaks.
4.After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
5.During the knitting process, the wastage is 8%, which includes the uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1.建议小烫后，40℃-50℃温水浸泡20分钟，轻柔滚洗35分钟。
2.滚筒烘干，温度40℃-50℃，烘干35分钟。
3.熨烫温度小于110℃。
4.不可氯漂。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1.We suggest perform a light ironing first,then to soak in warm water at 40-50℃ for 20 minutes and tumble gently for 35 minutes.
2:Tumble dry on 40℃~50℃, drying time 35 minutes.
3: Iron at temperature below 110℃.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
