APPLICATION
1. Flat Knitting machines 14 gauge 1 ply

3. Pilling grade:4:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns
4. DYEING PROCESS:Yarn dye only
5. MINIMUN:The minimum for yarn dye is 6kgs(sample).

织造：
1:纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2:为避免色差，织片需采用单个筒子连续编织，不建议双系统织造；织造时请注意调整机台张力，确保衣片尺寸达标。
3:单个筒子含6-8个手工接头，为避免织造过程中出现接头问题，需开启小接头探测器并做归边处理。
4:若成衣为2根织片，需采用冚毛方式穿线。
5:收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
6:织造时，损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1.The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered nesessary.
2.To avoid color deviation, the fabric pieces shall be continuously knitted with a single cone; dual-system knitting is not recommended. During knitting, please adjust the machine tension appropriately to ensure the garment pieces meet the required dimensions.
3.A single cone contains 6-8 manual splices. To prevent splice-related issues during knitting, the small splice detector must be activated and edge-folding treatment shall be performed.
4.If the finished garment is made of 2-ply fabric pieces, the threading shall be done by means of fleece covering.
5.After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
6.During the knitting process, the wastage is 8%, which includes the uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1.建议小烫后，30℃-40℃温水浸泡20分钟，轻柔滚洗20分钟。
2.滚筒烘干，温度40℃-50℃，烘干50分钟。
3.熨烫温度小于110℃。
4.不可氯漂。
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的状态调整洗涤方法。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:We suggest perform a light ironing first,then to soak in warm water at 30-40℃ for 20 minutes and tumble gently for 20 minutes.
2:Tumble dry on 40℃~50℃, drying time 50 minutes.
3: Iron at temperature below 110℃.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Slight variations in results may occur with different washing machine models. Please adjust the washing method according to your specific needs and fabric conditions.
