APPLICATION
1. Flat Knitting machines 7 gauge 1 ply
2. Weight per square meter:gr320(on collection fabric on jersey stitch)
3. Pilling grade:3:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns
4. DYEING PROCESS:Yarn dye only
5. MINIMUN:The minimum for yarn dye is 10kgs(sample).

织造：
1:纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部
2:亚麻原料含天然粒子及麻壳，属原料特性，以样纱效果为准；片间风格可能存在差异，需配片套口。
3:亚麻纤维挺括且易折断，使用过程中表面毛羽会脱落，可能会有麻结产生。
4:每筒含3-4个手工接头，织造时需开启小接头探测器并将结头归边。
5:大肚纱需采用撞针嘴织布片，避免出现异常图案。
6:收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
7:织造时，损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1.The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered nesessary.
2.Linen raw material contains natural particles and husks, which are inherent characteristics. Refer to the sample yarn for the standard effect; there may be style differences between fabric pieces, so piece matching and linking are required.
3.Linen fibers are stiff and easy to break. During use, the surface fuzz will shed gradually, which may lead to the formation of linen knots.
4.Each cone contains 3-4 hand-tied joints. During weaving, activate the small joint detector and align the joints to the edge.
5.For slub yarn,yarn to be knitting by two or more thread guides
6.After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
7.During the knitting process, the wastage is 8%, which includes the uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1:30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂，浸泡10-15分钟
2:滚动烘干温度60℃~80℃
3:熨烫温度小于110℃
4:不可氯漂
5:不同洗衣机机型可能导致效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的状态调整洗涤方法。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1.We suggest perform a light ironing first,then to soak in warm water at 40-50℃ for 20 minutes and tumble gently for 30 minutes.
2.Tumble dry on 40℃~50℃, drying time 25 minutes.
3. Iron at temperature below 110℃.
4.Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5.Slight variations in results may occur with different washing machine models. Please adjust the washing method according to your specific needs and fabric conditions.
