4. DYEING PROCESS:Fibre dye
5. MINIMUN:The minimum for Fibre dye is 50kg(sample) and 300kg(bulk) per colour.

织造：
1：纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2：每只纱筒含5-6处手工结，织片遇结头或换筒时，需归边处理。
3：成衣不建议织复杂花型组织，织花型布片可能会有破洞，需提前试样.
4：拉毛纱在纺纱过程中可能出现毛羽不均情况，请连续编织。
5：织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
6：收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered necessary.
2:Each yarn cone has 5-6 hand knots; when encountering knots or cone changes during weaving, edge-folding treatment is required.
3:It is not recommended to knit complex pattern textures for ready-made garments. Knitted pattern pieces may have holes, so a sample swatch should be made in advance.
4:Uneven hairiness may occur during spinning of brushed yarn. Please Knit continuously.
5:During weaving, the waste rate is 8%, including losses caused by uneven thickness, color deviation, color streaks, etc.
6:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂，浸泡10-15分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚动烘干温度60℃~80℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash with warm water at about 30℃, add softener agent, then soak for 10-15 mins
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry on 60℃-80℃.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Different washing machine models may cause slight differences in the fluffiness effect. Please adjust the washing method according to your desired fluffiness.
