APPLICATION
1. Flat Knitting machines 5 gauge 1 ply

3. Pilling grade:2-3:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns

5. MINIMUN:The minimum for yarn dye is 6kgs(sample).

织造：
1:纱线已打蜡，尽量不回倒，若必须回倒，联系技术部。
2:拉毛纱在纺纱过程中可能出现毛羽不均情况，请连续编织,如织复杂花型,可能会有破洞，请提前试样。
3:每个纱筒有4-5个手工打结处，织造请开启小接头探测器并归边；换筒时，首尾各拉2米，打结后归边，防接头两侧异常。
4:织造时，损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
5：收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货延期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2:Uneven hairiness may occur during spinning of brushed yarn. Please Knit continuously and pre-knit a sample before complex patterns to avoid holes.
3:Each cone has 4-5 hand-tied knots. Enable the small joint detector and align selvedges during knitting. When changing cones, pull 2m from both ends, tie a knot, then align selvedges to avoid joint defects.
4:During the knitting process, the wastage is 8%, which includes the uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
5:After receiving the goods, please conduct a trial knit first. Report any quality issues within 15 days. For confirmed quality problems, our liability is limited to providing replacement yarn of the same quantity. We will not cover costs related to fabric knitting or delivery delays.
工业洗涤指示：
1:30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂，浸泡10-15分钟;
2:熨烫温度小于110℃.
3:湿烫后平铺晾干。
4：不可氯漂。
5：本洗水方式仅作参考，样衣试洗确认后，再启动大货洗水作业。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in warm water (max. 30°C) with softener, then soak for 10-15 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Wet iron the fabric, then lay it flat to dry.
4：Do not use chlorine bleach.
5：This washing method is for reference only. Bulk washing may proceed only after the sample test wash is confirmed.
