APPLICATION

3. Pilling grade:3:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns

5. MINIMUN:The minimum for Fibre dye is 100kg per colour.

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.含PVA纱线洗水后请勿用力拉扯（拉扯会造成破洞情况）
3.含30%PVA，需70度以上热水溶解；不建议做间色款，易沾色。洗后成份为：2/74NM 43%Wool 31%Nylon 26%Tencel。
4.适当调整机台张力；如需编织复杂花型组织结构，生产过程中易出现织片破洞问题，建议提前打样试织确认工艺。
5.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
6.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2:Do not pull forcefully after washing yarn containing PVA, as pulling may cause holes.
3:Contains 50% PVA, which requires dissolution in hot water above 70°C; color-blocked styles are not recommended as they are prone to color bleeding.The content and composition is 2/74NM 43%Wool 31%Nylon 26%Tencel after fininshing
4:Adjust the machine tension appropriately. If knitting complex pattern structures, fabric holes may easily occur during production. We recommend pre-production sampling and trial knitting to confirm the process.
5:During knitting, the standard wastage rate is 8%, covering losses caused by uneven yarn count, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
6:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.70℃以上热水洗涤，加柔软剂，滚动2分钟，浸泡20分钟，脱水3分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.70℃滚烘15分钟
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:We suggest finishing in water above 75℃ for 20 minutes with softener,tumble for 2 minutes, centrifuge for 3 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry at 70℃ for 15 mins.
4:Do not use bleach.
5:Different machine types may result in slight variations in the final effect. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fabric nap effect.
