APPLICATION

5. MINIMUN:The minimum for Fibre dye is 50kgs(sample) and 300kgs(bulk) per colour.

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.织片适当调整机速，织复杂花型组织可能会有破洞，建议提前试样。
3.特殊段纺纱会存在一定的色差现象，撞针织片。
4.正3针电机要连续编织，为避免色差成衣需配片。
5.织片遇到结头或换筒子请归边处理。
6.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
7.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered nesessary.
2:Adjust the machine speed properly for knitted pieces. Holes may appear when knitting complex patterns, so sample knitting in advance is recommended.
3:There will be certain color difference in special-section yarn spinning, resulting in mismatched knitted pieces.
4:Continuous knitting is required for 3-needle positive motors, and matching pieces are needed for finished garments to avoid color differences.
5:Please trim the knots or yarn splices to the edge when weaving pieces.
6:During weaving, the waste rate is 8%, including losses caused by uneven thickness, color deviation, color streaks, etc.
7:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂、毛松剂，滚洗7分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.平铺晾干不可滚烘
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash with warm water at about 30℃, add softener and wool bulking agent, roll wash for 7 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Different washing machine models may cause slight differences in the fluffiness effect. Please adjust the washing method according to your desired fluffiness.
