APPLICATION
1. Flat Knitting machines 14 gauge 1 ply

3. Pilling grade:4:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns

织造：
1.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
2.储存时长请勿超过3个月，以免影响产品弹性。
3.因纱支较细，禁止回倒；请控制织机速度，更换纱筒时，需将纱筒首尾各剪掉1米。
4.不建议采用双系统织造。若成衣为双股毛织，建议参照氨纶穿线方式，减少色花。
5.间色织成衣洗涤时，请添加适量固色剂，并使用中性洗涤剂。
6.尼龙制品包装时，请勿与塑料袋直接接触，避免浅色衣物黄变。
7.织造损耗率为8%，包含纱线粗细不均、色差、色花等产生的损耗。
KNITTING：
1. After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
2.Do not stock more than 3 months, otherwise the elasticity will be changed
3. The yarn is thin and can not be respooling, pls control the speed can't be fast, when change the cones, please pull off the yarn head and tail 1M
4. It is not recommended to use double system knitting. If the garment is made of two plies knitting, please use the way of spandex threading to reduce color shading.
5. If the garments are stripped knitting , pay attention to adding proper fixing agent and using neutral lotion when washing the water.
6.NYLON packaging should avoid direct contact with plastic bags, otherwise light color clothes will easily to become yellow.
7.During the knitting process, the loss rate is 8%, which includes the losses caused by uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂，浸泡10-15分钟;
2.熨烫温度小于110℃;
3.滚筒烘干温度60℃-80℃;
4.使用中性洗涤用品，避免使用强酸碱或含过氧化物等强力洗涤用品，不可氯漂;
5.室内避光悬挂晾干，切忌在阳光下暴晒。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1.We suggest finishing in water at 30℃ for 10-15 minutes with softener of Non-ionic/Weak cationic;
2.Iron at a maximum temperature of 110℃;
3.Tumble dry on 60℃- 80℃;
4.Use neutral washing products,acoid strong washing products such as strong acid,alkali or peroxide,Cannot be chlorine bleached;
5.Stay out of the sun and hang dry.Avoid exposure to the sun.
