APPLICATION

5. MINIMUN:The minimum for RW is 25kg ; The minimum for yarn dye is 6kgs(sample).

织造：
1:纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2:为避免色差，请连续编织，换筒子时请头尾各拉掉1M;不建议使用双系统织,若2条编织,请采用穿氨纶的方式，以便减少色花。
3:每只纱筒含4-5处手工结，织片遇结头或换筒时，需归边处理。
4:多股纱线合股捻度不均，可能导致部分布面出现轻微不平整现象，最终产品效果以样衣为准。
5:收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
6:织造时，损耗率6%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1.The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered nesessary.
2.To avoid color variation, maintain continuous knitting. When changing cones, remove 1 meter from both cone lead and cone tail. Dual-system knitting is not recommended if knitting with two yarns,use elastane threading to minimize color inconsistency.
3.Each yarn cone has 4-5 hand knots; when encountering knots or cone changes during weaving, edge-folding treatment is required.
4.Due to the uneven twist of the plied yarn, slight irregularities may occur on parts of the fabric surface. The final product effect shall be subject to the sample garment.
5.After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
6.During the knitting process, the wastage is 6%, which includes the uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1.建议小烫后，30℃-40℃温水浸泡20分钟，轻柔滚洗20分钟。
2.滚筒烘干，温度40℃-50℃，烘干50分钟。
3.熨烫温度小于110℃。
4.不可氯漂。
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1.We suggest perform a light ironing first,then to soak in warm water at 30-40℃ for 20 minutes and tumble gently for 20 minutes.
2:Tumble dry on 40℃~50℃, drying time 50 minutes.
3: Iron at temperature below 110℃.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5: Different washing machine models may cause slight differences in the fluffiness effect. Please adjust the washing method according to your desired fluffiness.
