APPLICATION

织造：
1:纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部
2:因含亚麻成分，织造时需保持65%相对湿度，确保织造顺畅。
3:为避免色差，请连续编织，换筒子时请头尾各拉掉1M;不建议使用双系统织,若2条编织,请采用穿氨纶的方式，以便减少色花。
4:十字结织片在接头处易出现破洞问题，建议适当降低织机运行速度，并将感应接头归边处理
5:收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
6:织造时，损耗率6%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1.The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered nesessary.
2. Due to the linen content, relative humidity of 65% should be maintained to ensure smooth knitting.
3.To avoid color variation, maintain continuous knitting. When changing cones, remove 1 meter from both cone lead and cone tail. Dual-system knitting is not recommended if knitting with two yarns,use elastane threading to minimize color inconsistency.
4.The cross-knot fabric piece is prone to holes at the joint. It is recommended to appropriately reduce the loom operating speed and align the induction joint to the edge for processing.
5.After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
6.During the knitting process, the wastage is 6%, which includes the uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1：30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂，浸泡10-15分钟
2：滚动烘干温度60℃~80℃
3：熨烫温度小于110℃
4：不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的状态调整洗涤方法。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1.We suggest perform a light ironing first,then to soak in warm water at 40-50℃ for 20 minutes and tumble gently for 30 minutes.
2:Tumble dry on 40℃~50℃, drying time 25 minutes.
3: Iron at temperature below 110℃.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5.Slight variations in results may occur with different washing machine models. Please adjust the washing method according to your specific needs and fabric conditions.
