APPLICATION

3. Pilling grade:2-3:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns
4. DYEING PROCESS:Yarn dye or Fiber dye
5. MINIMUN:Yarn dye:100kg(RW) and 6kg(sample) per colour;Fibre dye:50kg per colour.

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.成衣为避免色差，织造请连续编织，即前片-后片-衣袖保持同一台机器同一只筒子生产。
3.纱线空气结的地方会有少许毛头，若不能接受此结头效果，倒筒可以打大字结，织片时归边处理。
4.洗水留意不能用碱性洗剂，后整不可污染不可打枪处理。
5.衣服洗水后要立即烘干，以免出现“水印”，烘干时间不能太长，以免影响手感，最好干洗。
6.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
7.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered nesessary.
2:To avoid color deviation of garments, the knitting process shall be carried out continuously, the front panels, back panels and sleeves shall be produced on the same machine with the same cone of yarn.
3:Minor loose fibers may appear at the air-spliced knots of the yarn. If this knot effect is unacceptable, figure-eight knots can be made during cone rewinding, and the knots shall be tucked into the fabric edges during panel knitting.
4:Alkaline detergents are strictly prohibited during garment washing. Garments must not be contaminated during the finishing process, and spray gun spot cleaning is not allowed.
5:Garments must be dried immediately after washing to avoid water marks. Excessive drying time should be avoided as it will deteriorate the fabric hand feel. Dry cleaning is the recommended care method.
6:During weaving, the waste rate is 8%, including losses caused by uneven thickness, color deviation, color streaks, etc.
7:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，滚洗3分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚筒烘干温度35℃
4.不可氯漂

WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in warm water below 30℃, tumble wash for 3 minutes
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry on 35℃.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Slight variations in results may occur with different washing machine models. Please adjust the washing method according to your specific needs and fabric conditions.
