APPLICATION
1. Flat Knitting machines 16 gauge 1 ply

3. Pilling grade:2:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns
4. DYEING PROCESS:Yarn dye
5. MINIMUN:The minimum for yarn dye is 6kgs(sample).

织造：
1: 纱线已打蜡，尽量不回倒，若必须回倒，联系技术部。
2：适当调整机台张力；如需编织复杂花型组织结构，生产过程中易出现织片破洞问题，建议提前打样试织确认工艺。
3：由于纤维上色率不同，染色会有混色效果，以样纱品质为准。
4：含麻纱线，会有少许的麻皮及亚麻粒子属正常现象。
5: 织造时，损耗率5%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
6：收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货延期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2:Adjust the machine tension appropriately. If knitting complex pattern structures, fabric holes may easily occur during production. We recommend pre-production sampling and trial knitting to confirm the process.
3:Due to different dye uptake rates of the fibers, dyeing will result in a mélange yarn effect, and the final appearance shall be subject to the approved sample yarn.
4:As the yarn contains linen, minor amounts of linen husks and linen neps are inherent characteristics.
5:During knitting, the standard wastage rate is 5%, covering losses caused by uneven yarn count, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
6:After receiving the goods, please conduct a trial knit first. Report any quality issues within 15 days. For confirmed quality problems, our liability is limited to providing replacement yarn of the same quantity. We will not cover costs related to fabric knitting or delivery delays.
工业洗涤指示：
1：30℃左右温水洗涤，轻柔滚洗 7 分钟
2:熨烫温度小于110℃.
3:湿烫后滚动烘干。
4：不可氯漂。
5：本洗水方式仅作参考，样衣试洗确认后，再启动大货洗水作业。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in warm water (max. 30°C) , then tumble wash gently for 7 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Wet iron the fabric, then Tumble dry.
4：Do not use chlorine bleach.
5：This washing method is for reference only. Bulk washing may proceed only after the sample test wash is confirmed.
