特别说明
1:纱线已打蜡,非必要勿回倒,如需回倒请联系技术部
2:推荐9GG织片,如密度过紧会有卡珠片的情况;织片中会有少许珠片掉落是正常现象,针槽中落片需及时清理。
3:成衣为间色织造时,请控制PH值4.5-7,并适当加入固色剂。
4:荧光白不建议织间色,若一定要,请试洗OK再生产大货

PILLING
Pilling grade: 色卡色1公斤/色,客制色30公斤/色 :has been tested on the collection swatch (same stitch/gauge/tension)
according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T 4802.3) at 7200 turns

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
1.The yarn has been waxed. Try to avoid rewinding it. If rewinding is necessary, please contact the Technical Department.
2.Recommended 9GG knitting,Over-fight density may cause sequin jamming.Minor sequin drop during knitting is normal-promptly clear any fallen pieces from needle slots.
3.During color-block garment knitting,maintain pH between 4.5-7 and apply color-fixing agent.
4.fluorescent white is not recommended for color-blending.If essential,proceed with frial washing for approval before mass production.
5.Protein fibers are acid-resistant but alkali-sensitive.Avoid alkaline detergents during washing. Do not use mechanical spraying for post-finishing contamination.
