APPLICATION

织造：
1:纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部
2:弹性包芯纱织造需保持张力一致；深浅色因染色时间不同支数有差异，需按色调整工艺
3：为避免色差，请连续编织，换筒子时请头尾各拉掉1M;不建议使用双系统织，若2条编织，请采用穿氨纶的方式，以便减少色花。
4：蛋白质纤维耐酸不耐碱，洗水时要留意不能用碱性洗涤剂洗水，后整污染不可打枪处理。
5：收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
6：织造时，损耗率4%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered necessary.
2:For knitting with elastic core-spun yarn, maintain consistent tension. Adjust the knitting process by color shade, as yarn count may vary between dark/light colors due to different dyeing times.
3:To avoid color variation, maintain continuous knitting. When changing cones, remove 1 meter from both cone lead and cone tail. Dual-system knitting is not recommended if knitting with two yarns,use elastane threading to minimize color inconsistency.
4:Protein fibers are acid-resistant but alkali-sensitive. Do not use alkaline detergents during washing. Do not use air gun spot cleaning for stains caused by post-finishing.
5:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. Please report any quality issues within 15 days. For quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing replacement yarn of the same quantity, and will not cover costs related to fabric knitting or delivery delays.
6:During the knitting process, the wastage rate is 4%, which includes the uneven count, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1:建议小烫后。40℃-50℃温水浸泡40分钟，建议轻柔滚洗20分钟。
2：湿烫后平铺晾干。
3：熨烫温度小于110℃.
4：不可氯漂。
5:不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:We suggest a light iron first, then soak in 40–50°C warm water for 40 minutes, followed by a gentle tumble wash for 20 minutes.
2:Wet ironing, then lay flat to dry.
3:Iron at temperature below 110℃.
4:No chlorine bleaching.
5:Different washing machine models may cause slight differences in the fluffiness effect. Please adjust the washing method according to your desired fluffiness.
