APPLICATION

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.织造需保持65%相对湿度确保织造顺利进行。
3.接头处易产生松紧捻，换筒子首尾拉除1-2米接头归边处理，避免退捻纱线出现及接头两边粗细毛及起横情况。
4.衣片如有污染不能打枪水，会泛白，有一些麻粒麻壳是原料特性。
5.成衣洗水在PH:5-6条件下洗水，深浅间色织会有沾色，需先打样试片再做大货。
6.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
7.织造时，损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered necessary.
2:Weaving requires a relative humidity of 65% to be maintained to ensure smooth weaving operations.
3:Twists with uneven tension tend to form at joints. When changing bobbins, pull off 1 to 2 meters of yarn from both the start and end sections before aligning the joint edges. This prevents yarn untwisting, uneven thickness and fuzziness on both sides of the joint, as well as horizontal streaks.
4:Do not apply spot remover to contaminated fabric panels, as it will cause whitening. The presence of minor hemp grains and husks is an inherent characteristic of the raw material.
5:Garment washing shall be carried out at a pH level of 5-6. Colour staining may occur on yarn-dyed fabrics featuring contrasting light and dark shades. Sample testing is required prior to bulk production.
6:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
7:During the knitting process, the wastage is 8%, which includes the uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂，浸泡10-15分钟

WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in warm water below 30℃, add fabric softener and soak for 10 to 15 minutes
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Slight variations in results may occur with different washing machine models. Please adjust the washing method according to your specific needs and fabric conditions.
