APPLICATION

5. MINIMUN:The minimum for yarn dye is 10kgs(sample).

织造：
1.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
2.需在干燥、全避光环境下保存。
3.变色温度较低的品种，因发色态稳定性高于消色态，需额外置于阴凉环境；严禁长期高温存放或阳光下晾晒。满足上述条件时，绝大多数品种储存2年后性能无明显退化。
4.成衣加工：温度控制在110℃以下，且尽量缩短物料受热时间。
5.特殊颜色工艺：5℃以上检验会出现深浅差异，5℃以下呈深灰色，且存在约10%的色差。
6.织造损耗率为8%，客人需在大货生产前，用小样完成各类测试，确认合格后再下达大货订单。
7.存在一定色差，即使同一批次也可能出现深浅差异。
KNITTING：
1:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
2:Store in a dry and fully light-proof environment.
3:For varieties with low color-changing temperature, since the colored state is more stable than the decolorized state, additional storage in a cool environment is required; long-term storage at high temperatures or exposure to direct sunlight is strictly prohibited.Under the above conditions, the performance of most varieties will not degrade significantly after 2 years of storage.
4:Garment Processing: Control the temperature below 110℃ and minimize the heating time of materials.
5:Special Color Process: Shade differences may occur when inspected above 5℃; it appears dark gray below 5℃, with an approximate 10% color deviation.
6:uring the knitting process, the loss rate is 8%,under the above conditions, the performance of most varieties will not degrade significantly after 2 years of storage.
7:Certain color deviation exists; even products from the same batch may have shade differences.
工业洗涤指示：
1.手洗为唯一方式，不可氯漂；需使用中性洗衣液（要求不含酸碱、不含漂白成分，禁用强力去渍去油型洗衣液）。
2.仅可低温熨烫。
3.滚筒烘干温度60℃-80℃。
4.不同洗衣机机型可能导致效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Hand washing is the only acceptable method; chlorine bleaching is prohibited. Use neutral laundry detergent (requirements: no acid, no alkali, no bleaching ingredients; strong stain-removing or oil-removing detergents are forbidden);
2:Only low-temperature ironing is allowed.
3:Tumble dry on 60℃- 80℃.
4:Slight variations in results may occur with different washing machine models. Please adjust the washing method according to your specific needs and fabric conditions.
