APPLICATION
1. Flat Knitting machines 16 gauge 1 ply
2. Weight per square meter:gr245(on collection fabric on jersey stitch)
3. Pilling grade:4:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns
4. DYEING PROCESS:Fibre dye only
5. MINIMUN:The minimum for yarn dye is 10kgs(sample).

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.每纱筒含5-6个手工结，织造时需开启小接头探测器，将结头归边。
3.深浅色因染色时长差异，支数略有不同，织造时需按颜色单独调整工艺。
4.不建议双系统织造；若成衣含2条毛织线，需采用氨纶穿线方式，避免色花。
5.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
6.织造时，损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1.The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered nesessary.
2.Each yarn cone contains 5-6 hand-tied knots. During weaving, activate the small joint detector and align the knots to the edge.
3.Due to the difference in dyeing time between dark and light colors, there is a slight variation in yarn count. The weaving process shall be adjusted individually by color.
4.Dual-system weaving is not recommended; if the garment contains 2 woolen yarns, the spandex threading method must be adopted to avoid color unevenness.
5.After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
6.During the knitting process, the wastage is 8%, which includes the uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1.建议小烫后，40℃-50℃温水浸泡20分钟，轻柔滚洗35分钟。
2.滚筒烘干，温度40℃-50℃，烘干35分钟。
3.成衣禁止压烫，需低温隔白布熨烫（防止粘连）；不建议与其他面料织深浅间色，以免色转移。
4.不可氯漂。
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的状态调整洗涤方法。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1.We suggest perform a light ironing first,then to soak in warm water at 40-50℃ for 20 minutes and tumble gently for 35 minutes.
2:Tumble dry on 40℃~50℃, drying time 35 minutes.
3:Garments are prohibited from pressing. Low-temperature ironing with a white cloth interlayer is required (to prevent adhesion); it is not recommended to weave dark and light color blocks with other fabrics to avoid color migration.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Slight variations in results may occur with different washing machine models. Please adjust the washing method according to your specific needs and fabric conditions.
