APPLICATION

织造：
1：本批纱线已完成打蜡处理，原则上严禁回倒。如确因生产需要必须回倒，请务必提前联系技术部确认后再操作。
2：真丝、棉包覆纱因纱线结构限制难以染匀，织片后可能出现 A/B 色差效果（属该类纱线的正常表现），最终效果以样纱为准。
3:若成衣由 2 根纱织片组成，请采用穿氨纶的方式穿线，以减少颜色不均匀现像。
4:结头采用十字结。如客户对结头有要求，可在机器织造时通过感应装置检测结头并将其归边（移至布边）。
5:收货后请先试织；如发现质量问题，请在 15 天内反馈。因质量问题，仅按同等数量纱线承担赔偿责任，不承担面料织造费用及交货期相关费用。
6:织造时，损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
7:蛋白质纤维耐酸不耐碱，洗水时要留意不能用碱性洗剂洗水,后整污染不可打枪处理。
KNITTING：
1:This batch of yarn has been waxed and must not be rewound under normal circumstances. If rewinding is absolutely necessary for production, please contact the Technical Department for confirmation before proceeding。
2:Due to the yarn structure, covered yarns made of silk or cotton cannot be dyed evenly, and the knitted fabric may show an A/B (two-tone) effect. This is a normal characteristic of such yarns; the sample yarn shall serve as the final reference for the accepted effect。
3:If the garment consists of knitted panels made from two strands of yarn, please use the spandex-threading method to reduce color unevenness.
4:Knot type: cross knot. If the customer has specific requirements for knots, the knitting machine's sensor can detect the knot during knitting and guide it to the selvedge (fabric edge).
5:Please conduct a trial knitting upon receipt of the goods. If any quality issues are found, please provide feedback within 15 days. In the event of quality issues, liability is limited to yarn of an equivalent quantity; we shall not bear the fabric manufacturing costs or delivery-related expenses.
6:During the knitting process,the loss rate is 8%,which includes the losses caused by uneven thickness,color difference,uneven dyeing,etc.
7:Protein fibers are acid-resistant but alkali-sensitive.Avoid alkaline detergents during washing.Do not use mechanical spraying for post-finishing contamination.
工业洗涤指示：
1:30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂，浸泡10-15分钟。
2:熨烫温度小于110℃。
3:滚动烘干温度60℃~80℃。
4：不可氯漂。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in water under 30°C with softener, soak for 10-15 mins.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3：Tumble dry on 60℃~80℃.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
