APPLICATION
1. Flat Knitting machines 3 gauge 1 ply

3. Pilling grade:3-4:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns
4. DYEING PROCESS:Yarn dye
5. MINIMUN:The minimum for yarn dye is 6kgs(sample).

织造：
1: 纱线已打蜡，尽量不回倒，若必须回倒，联系技术部。
2：竹节纱布片呈自然竹节大肚效果，排针不同则布面风格各异，通常以样纱风格为准。
3：原料为大肚纱，经过大肚粗节位置请降速生产，预防布面破洞
4：建议织机速度适当放慢，感应接头归边，不可织复杂花型。
5: 织造时，损耗率10%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
6:收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货延期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2：Slub yarn panels exhibit natural slub and thick-and-thin effects. Different needle arrangements result in distinct surface styles; the final appearance shall be subject to the dyed yarn sample.
3：This is a slub yarn; Reduce knitting speed at thick slub sections to prevent holes.
4：It is recommended to reduce the knitting machine speed appropriately, enable the joint detector and align selvedges, and avoid knitting complex patterns.
6:During knitting, the standard wastage rate is 10%, covering losses caused by uneven yarn count, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
6:After receiving the goods, please conduct a trial knit first. Report any quality issues within 15 days. For confirmed quality problems, our liability is limited to providing replacement yarn of the same quantity. We will not cover costs related to fabric knitting or delivery delays.
工业洗涤指示：
1：35-40℃温水洗涤，加毛松剂，浸泡20分钟;
2：平铺晾干，不可滚烘。
3:熨烫温度小于110℃.
4：不可氯漂。
5：本洗水方式仅作参考，样衣试洗确认后，再启动大货洗水作业。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1：Wash in warm water (max. 35-40°C) with wool bulking agent, then soak for 20 minutes.
2：Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
3:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
4：Do not use chlorine bleach.
5：This washing method is for reference only. Bulk washing may proceed only after the sample test wash is confirmed.
