APPLICATION

5. MINIMUN:The minimum for Fibre dye is 50kgs(sample) and 300kgs(bulk) per colour

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.每只纱筒含5-6处手工结，织片遇结头或换筒时，需归边处理。
3.成衣不建议织复杂花型组织，织花型布片可能会有破洞，需提前试样。
4.织造损耗率6%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
5.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2:Each yarn cone contains 5-6 hand-tied knots. During knitting, please enable the small joint detector and align the selvedges. When changing cones, pull 2 meters from both the start and end, tie a knot, then align the selvedges to prevent defects at the joint.
3:If the garment requires complex pattern knitting, holes may occur. Please conduct trial knitting in advance. For cable stitch patterns, dropped stitches may cause loops to unravel.
4:During knitting, the standard wastage rate is 6%, covering losses caused by uneven yarn count, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
5:After receiving the goods, please conduct a trial knit first. Report any quality issues within 15 days. For confirmed quality problems, our liability is limited to providing replacement yarn of the same quantity. We will not cover costs related to fabric knitting or delivery delays.
工业洗涤指示：
1.45℃左右温水洗涤，加毛松剂，浸泡30分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.平铺晾干不可滚烘
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in warm water at approximately 45°C, adding fabric softener, and soak for 30 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different machine types may result in slight variations in the final effect. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fabric nap effect.
