APPLICATION

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.洗水会有轻微的掉毛情况，掉毛程度跟织片密度和组织有关系。
3.不同颜色的纱线在弹性与缩率方面可能存在细微差异，需按色调整工艺。
4.每个纱筒有4-5个手工打结处，织造请开启小接头探测器并归边；换筒时，首尾各拉2米，打结后归边，防接头两侧异常。
5.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
6.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2:Minor fiber shedding after washing is normal for feather yarn. It is related to knit density and fabric structure and is not considered a quality defect.
3:Yarns of different colors may have slight variations in elasticity and shrinkage rate. Please adjust the process parameters according to each color shade.
4:Each yarn cone contains 4-5 hand-tied knots. During knitting, please enable the small joint detector and align the selvedges. When changing cones, pull 2 meters from both the start and end, tie a knot, then align the selvedges to prevent defects at the joint.
5:During weaving, the waste rate is 8%, including losses caused by uneven thickness, color deviation, color streaks, etc.
6:After receiving the goods, please conduct a trial knit first. Report any quality issues within 15 days. For confirmed quality problems, our liability is limited to providing replacement yarn of the same quantity. We will not cover costs related to fabric knitting or delivery delays.
工业洗涤指示：
1.建议手洗，30℃以下温水洗涤，浸泡10-15分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃，不可压烫。
3.滚动烘干温度60℃~80℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Hand washing is recommended. Wash in warm water below 30℃ and soak for 10 to 15 minutes.
2:Iron at temperatures below 110°C. Do not press down while ironing.
3:Tumble dry on 60℃-80℃.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different machine types may result in slight variations in the final effect. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fabric nap effect.
