APPLICATION
1. Flat Knitting machines 3 gauge 1 ply
2. Weight per square meter:gr360(on collection fabric on jersey stitch)
3. Pilling grade:2-3:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns
4. DYEING PROCESS:Fiber dye only
5. MINIMUN:The minimum for Fibre dye is 50kgs(sample) and 100kgs(bulk) per colour.

织造：
1：纱线已打蜡，尽量不回倒，若必须回倒，联系技术部。
2:此纱会有少许的粗细纱，不建议做单面组织，适合做鱼鳞等花型组织，深色一般配黑色芯线，如配白色芯线会有色档问题
3:每个纱筒有4-5个手工打结处，织造请开启小接头探测器并归边；换筒时，首尾各拉2米，打结后归边，防接头两侧异常。
4:织造时，损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
5:收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1：The yarn has been waxed. Try to avoid rewinding it.If rewinding is necessary, please contact the Technical Department.
2:It is not recommended for single-sided weaving. It is suitable for fish-scale and other patterned weaving. Dark colors are usually paired with black core yarn. If white core yarn is used for Dark colors, there will be a problem of color streaks
3:Each yarn cone has 4-5 hand - knotted areas. When knitting, please turn on the small joint detector and trim the edges. When changing the cones, pull out 2 meters from both the start and the end, tie a knot and then trim the edges to prevent any abnormalities on both sides of the joint.
4：During the knitting process,the loss rate is 8%,which includes the losses caused by uneven thickness,color difference,uneven dyeing,etc.
5：After receiving the goods,conduct a trial knitting first.If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days.In case of quality problems,we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1:30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂3%，浸泡20-30分钟。
2:熨烫温度小于110℃。
3:毛衣需反面洗水烘干，不可氯漂。
4:采用滚动式烘干工艺，待烘箱温度稳定至80℃时，将毛衣置入烘箱进行烘干处理。
5:按客户成衣绒面需求，可适当延长滚洗时间；本洗水方式仅作参考，样衣试洗确认后，再启动大货洗水作业。
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in water under 30°C with softener3%, soak for 20-30 mins.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3: The sweaters should be washed and dried on the reverse side. Cannot be chlorine bleached.
4:Adopt tumble drying process; place the sweater into the drying oven when the oven temperature stabilizes at 80℃ for drying treatment.
5:Adjust and extend the tumbling time properly as per the customer's suede finish demand for finished garments; this washing method is for reference only. Proceed with bulk washing only after the sample test-wash is confirmed qualified.
