APPLICATION

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.深浅色因染色时间差异，纱支及弹性会有少许差异，织片时请适当调整工艺。
3:成衣如需织复杂花型组织，可能会有破洞,请提前试样。绞花组织因翻针易造成圈圈散掉。
4.因有亚麻成分，会有少许的麻皮及亚麻粒子。
5.换筒子首尾各拉除1-2米后接头归边处理，避免出现退捻纱线、粗细毛及起横。
6.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
7.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2:Variations in yarn count and elasticity may occur between light and dark shades as a result of differing dyeing durations. Appropriate adjustments to the knitting process are required during swatch production.
3:If the garment requires complex pattern knitting, holes may occur. Please conduct trial knitting in advance. For cable stitch patterns, dropped stitches may cause loops to unravel.
4:As the yarn contains linen, minor amounts of linen husks and linen neps are inherent characteristics.
5:When changing cones, pull 1 meter from both ends, tie a knot, then align and splice the yarn ends properly. This prevents issues such as uneven twist, thick-thin slubs and weft bars.
6:During weaving, the waste rate is 8%, including losses caused by uneven thickness, color deviation, color streaks, etc.
7:After receiving the goods, please conduct a trial knit first. Report any quality issues within 15 days. For confirmed quality problems, our liability is limited to providing replacement yarn of the same quantity. We will not cover costs related to fabric knitting or delivery delays.
工业洗涤指示：
1.40℃左右温水洗涤，加入柔软剂、毛松剂，轻柔滚洗22分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚筒烘干温度45℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash with warm water at about 40℃, add softener and wool bulking agent, tumble wash gently for 22 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry at 45℃.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different machine types may result in slight variations in the final effect. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fabric nap effect.
