织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.成衣为避免色差，织造请连续编织，即前片-后片-衣袖保持同一台机器同一只筒子生产。
3.织机建议使用单系统编织，避免出现横条，成衣洗水后先小烫再烘。
4.天丝醋酸羊毛三组分染色不易染平，敏感色会有MELANGE效果，以样纱布面风格为准。
5.醋酸色牢度比常规纱偏低1级，深色水洗牢度只能达到2-3级，深浅色间织洗水易发生沾色，务必提前试样再做大货。
6.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
7.织造时，损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered necessary.
2:To avoid color deviation of garments, the knitting process shall be carried out continuously, the front panels, back panels and sleeves shall be produced on the same machine with the same cone of yarn.
3:It is recommended to adopt single-system weaving for the loom to prevent horizontal streaks. After the garments are washed, perform light pressing first and then drying.
4:Dyeing of the three-component blend composed of Tencel, acetate and wool tends to result in uneven coloration; sensitive shades will exhibit a melange effect, and the fabric surface appearance shall be subject to the sample cloth.
5:Colour fastness to acetic acid is 1 grade lower than standard yarn; dark shades only achieve 2–3 grade in washing fastness. Intermingled light and dark hues are prone to cross-staining after washing. Sample approval prior to bulk production is mandatory.
6:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
7:During the knitting process, the wastage is 8%, which includes the uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1.40℃左右温水洗涤，加入柔软剂、毛松剂，轻柔滚洗22分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚筒烘干温度45℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash with warm water at about 40℃, add softener and wool bulking agent, tumble wash gently for 22 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry at 45℃.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different machine types may result in slight variations in the final effect. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fabric nap effect.
