APPLICATION

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.深浅色染色时间不同会使弹性、纱支有差，上机需调密度；每筒 4-5 个手工结，遇结头或换筒须归边。
3.织造请连续编织，即前片-后片-衣袖保持同一机器同一筒子生产，不建议使用双系统织，成衣若2条毛织，请采用穿氨纶的方式穿线。
4.成衣若间色织，洗水适当加入固色剂并使用中性洗剂洗水。
5.包装避免与塑料袋直接接触，否则浅色衣服易产生黄变现象。
6.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
7.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered necessary.
2:Light/dark shades vary in elasticity & yarn count due to dyeing time; adjust machine density. 4-5 hand knots per bobbin; edge finishing required at knots or bobbin changes.
3:Please carry out continuous weaving during knitting, namely keep the front piece, back piece and sleeves produced on the same machine with the same yarn cone. Double-system knitting is not recommended. If two woolen yarns are used for the finished garment, thread them by threading spandex.
4:If the garments are woven with mixed colors, add color fixative appropriately and wash them with neutral detergent during washing.
5:Pack the clothes to avoid direct contact with plastic bags, otherwise light-colored clothes are prone to yellowing.
6:During weaving, the waste rate is 8%, including losses caused by uneven thickness, color deviation, color streaks, etc.
7:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.冷水洗涤，滚洗3分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃

5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in cold water and tumble wash for 3 minutes
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry at 45℃.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different washing machine models may cause slight differences in the fluffiness effect. Please adjust the washing method according to your desired fluffiness.
